1. Scope of Services
Royal Group provides heavy equipment rental, specialized site mobilization (transport), and technical civil services. All service agreements are subject to equipment availability and a formal signed contract/work order.
2. Rental and Service Agreements
- Hire Period: The rental period begins from the moment the equipment leaves our yard/depot and ends when it is returned, unless otherwise specified in the project contract.
- Usage: Equipment must be used strictly for its intended purpose and operated by certified personnel. Unauthorized relocation of equipment from the designated site is prohibited.
- Maintenance: While Royal Group ensures all machinery is delivered in top working condition, the hirer is responsible for daily routine checks (fuel, water, oil) during the rental period.
3. Payment Terms
- Quotations: All quotes are valid for a period of 15 days unless otherwise stated.
- Invoicing: Payments must be made according to the schedule outlined in the specific service agreement or Letter of Intent (LOI).
- Delays: Royal Group reserves the right to pause services or demobilize equipment if payments are significantly overdue.
4. Equipment Mobilization & Transport
Our General Transport (Abu Dhabi Branch) manages the mobilization of machinery.
- The client is responsible for ensuring the site is accessible and ready for heavy vehicle entry.
- Any delays caused by site inaccessibility or lack of permits (other than those provided by Royal Group) may result in additional standing charges.
5. Safety and Liability
- HSE Compliance: All operations are conducted under strict UAE Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) regulations.
- Liability: Royal Group is not liable for project delays, loss of profit, or indirect damages resulting from equipment breakdown, though we commit to 24/7 support to minimize downtime.
- Insurance: The hirer must ensure the site is covered by appropriate Third-Party Liability insurance during the operation of rented machinery.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including logos, text, project photos, and the Royal Group company profile, is the intellectual property of Royal Group. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
7. Termination of Service
Royal Group reserves the right to terminate a service agreement immediately if:
- The equipment is being operated in an unsafe manner.
- The client fails to meet the agreed-upon payment terms.
- The equipment is used for illegal activities or in unauthorized locations.
8. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirates of Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UAE courts.
